New Converts - We rejoice with Abigail Hodel (Jeff & Jenny) and Makenzie Knepp (Jeremy & Melinda) as they have begun their repentance and walk with Jesus.
Statement of Faith - the new Statement of Faith is available on the end tables in the north hall.
The Prairie Choristers plan to sing some songs at our Good Friday and Easter services. If you would like to sing with them, Please email brother Phil at plhodel@gmail.com
Looking Ahead:
Sunday, 2/2 - Bible Study during second service on 1 Peter 1. In February and March, we will be going through 1 and 2 Peter during our second service.
National Church:
- Lamar, MO Congregation - After much prayer regarding the future of the Lamar, MO congregation, the local brethren desire to make the brotherhood aware of the need for 4-5 singles/families to return the church to a sustainable condition and avoid some harder decisions in the near future. Please see the email attachment below for more information.
- Gateway Woods - There is a crucial need for houseparents. This is a great opportunity for mission-minded couples of any age who are ready to live out their faith with young people, many of whom have never heard about Jesus. - The 2025 Midwest Food Bank On-line Auction
will be held March 30 - April 4 with the Gala Dinner and Live Auction on Saturday April 5.
The Roanoke committee is currently seeking homemade items, themed dinners or events, and business products or services as auction items. Cash donations can also be used by the committee to purchase items for the gala or as Benefit sponsorships. Tickets for the Gala Dinner are $75 each and tables for up to 8 can be reserved.
