Sunday, 12/1

• Prayer Gathering - 9:00 am All are welcome to begin our day of worship in prayer.
• Andy Feucht (Bloomington) will be having the 1st service.
• Worship service at the Peoria Rescue Mission (Pathways ministries) - We'll leave from the West parking lot at 7:15, and should return in time for our morning service.  Singing help is appreciated.  If you have questions, please contact Tim or Linda Martin.
• Annual Church Christmas Caroling - We will meet at the Fellowship Hall at 4:00.

 Wednesday, 12/4

• Annual Business Meeting - If you are unable to attend, please get your vote to Frank by 6pm on Wednesday prior to the meeting.
• Bible Class will meet at 6:00 at the Fellowship Hall for Random Acts of Kindness evening.
• HOPE Christmas Party - The girls should meet at 6:30 in the Roanoke nursing home multi-purpose room and will be finished at 8:30. See email for more details.
• ACTIVE will meet at 7:30 at church.
• Scripture Memory will meet at 6:45 at the Nursing Home.

Thursday, 12/5 - Helping Hands will be having our Christmas luncheon. For planning purposes please notify Rita Schwind by Nov. 30 if you plan to attend. Thank you. 

Young Group:

• Tuesday, 12/3 - Singing at Eureka Home - Upstairs activity room - at 7:00pm. 
• Saturday, 12/7 - SALT & LIGHT Fruit Baskets and Caroling

For the 2024 Christmas season, a Christmas card exchange area has been set up by the bookshelves near the women’s restroom in the North hall. Each household/family unit in the Roanoke church has a hanging file folder assigned to them to act as their mailbox. These folders have been arranged alphabetically for easy use. Feel free to use the folders to give Christmas cards out to anyone in church. Best efforts have been used to make sure everyone in the church has a folder. If you notice someone in church does not have a folder, please use the extra folders available to fill in their name and file their folder alphabetically.

• The final Red Cross blood drive of the year will be held on Tuesday Dec.10th from 11:30-4:30 at the Park Building in Roanoke. If you would like to donate, you can sign up by going to www.redcrossblood.org, calling 1-800-REDCROSS or by texting Julie Blunier at 309-712-7491. The next blood drive in Roanoke will be held on May 6th 2025.
