Church Small Groups - There will be a sign up sheet on the ladies bulletin board for church small groups for anyone interested in participating for spring/summer and fall/winter. Please sign up by March 30. If you have any questions regarding small groups please contact Brenda Martin. 

 

Ladies Night will be on Friday, April 4th at 7:00 pm at the Fellowship Hall. The theme is My Anchor Holds and ACCFS will be talking about common concerns regarding mental health. All ladies, high school age and above are welcome to attend and you are welcome to invite a friend or neighbor. Please sign up on the link. Perfect Potluck Ladies Night April 4th SignUp

 

Young Group:

  • Tuesday, 3/25- Singing at Roanoke Nursing Home at 7 pm.
  • Friday, 3/28 - SALT/LIGHT Worldview Night at Martha Braker’s home at 7pm.

 

Looking Ahead:

  • March 30th - Pre-Communion Message during second service.
  • April 4th - Ladies Night at 7 pm
  • April 6th - Sunday School Easter Program
  • April 12 and 13th - Testimonies and Baptisms of Liz Hodel, Lucy Kaufman, Nick Hoffman, Robert Blunier and Cara (Blunier) Manning.
  • April 13th - Communion
  • April 18th - Good Friday Service at 7:15pm - There will be a singing following the service at the Fellowship Hall. We plan to sing out of the “Hymns of Easter”, a hymnal created by AC Publications which compiles applicable hymns from existing Apostolic Christian hymn books. There will be an ice cream snack following the singing. All are welcome!
  • April 20th - Easter Sunday - There will be a 7:15 early service, 8:30 breakfast and then 9:30 service and Sunday School. There will be no lunch or 11:30 service. More details to follow.


Church Photo Directory. - Reminder, If your photo is missing, you can email photos to Byron at DirectoryUpdates@roanokeacchurch.org. We request that they have a plain background - 1 group photo of your entire household (landscape format) and then 1 of each person alone (portrait format). Other Ways to Learn and Serve

  • Opportunity to visit Israel - Doug Banwart from St. Louis church has organized a trip to Israel for June 2026. If you are interested, see attachment. There are also some fliers in the north hall.
  • Volunteer Opportunities at LifePoints - There are online sign up sheets for March - June to Volunteer in a number of areas. Please go to https://www.aclifepoints.org/Vol.asp to see these opportunities and find links to the online sign up sheets.
  • Nanny Position in Metamora - We have been made aware of a need for a nanny for a boy with special needs in Metamora. This would be before and after school and then full time in the summer. If you are interested, please contact Frank for more information.
  • The 2025 Midwest Food Bank On-line Auction will be held March 30 - April 4 with the Gala Dinner and Live Auction on Saturday April 5. Tickets for the Gala Dinner are $75 each and tables for up to 8 can be reserved. Please contact Jon or Jill Fehr for  tickets.
