June’s Collection - Operational Fund

Sunday 6/2

• Prayer Gathering at 9:00 am - All are welcome.
• Lunch provided by Bob and Jan Sauder

Our summer VBS will be held Monday June 3rd - Friday June 7th. The schedule for topics and guest speakers is posted on the bulletin boards. Please be prayerful that the Spirit will lead these brothers as they prepare their messages for us and for all those teaching and helping with the children downstairs. Singing will begin at 6:45 PM.

• 3rd - 6th grade boys need to bring a paint shirt. 

Thursday, 6/6 - Helping Hands will be meeting from 9am - 3pm

Please keep Joanna Moser in your prayers as she will leave for Ireland on Friday, June 7th  with Operation Mobilization Global as a short term summer intern.  She will return home in early August.

Sunday, 6/9 - 

• Spring Memorandum during the 2nd service.  Mark Roth (Congerville) will assist. 
• Belvidere church- Jonathan & Megan Hodel plan to visit Belvidere church to join them for a day of worship. They would welcome any visitors from Roanoke including song leaders and Sunday school teachers willing to serve. If you are interested in joining them please let them know.

Other Ways to Learn and Serve

• The nursing home is in need of volunteer drivers to transport residents to doctor appointments and at times, pick them up from hospitals. This is a tremendous service to our residents and we have been struggling to continue it. Please consider this opportunity and call the nursing home if you are able to help.
